Erie, CO. The company operates a 3,600 foot warehouse space with open offices by the tri-county airport. We are an 8 person team with 3 people working primarily at the warehouse.

North Point Brands is seeking a full time WA who will assume a crucial role in the company’s shipping, receiving, warranty, customer service and quality control operations. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment and who understand the important role warehouse operations play within the setting of a fast growing business.
An ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or in a retail/consumer products setting, ideally having some experience shipping packages. All candidates should be detail oriented, highly dependable, dedicated to their work and have uncompromising ethics.
The WA position is a full time position requiring 40 hours work per week. Pay is commensurate with experience. Medical, 401k with company match, PTO and a variety of other competitive benefits are included in the position.
Duties / Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment and Customer Service
- Processing, packing and fulfilling online orders with accuracy
- Preparing accurate and appropriate shipment labels for online orders
- Contribute to direct-to-consumer (DTC) customer service, including communicating with customers to ensure order accuracy and completion, addressing inventory errors, product inquiries, and returns
- Processing, packing and fulfilling wholesale orders with accuracy
- Handling wholesale orders from pick ticket creation through shipping and invoicing
Product and Inventory
- Interfacing with inventory and shipping software
- Prepping, tagging, and labeling product for shipment
- Quality control of incoming and outgoing products
- Addressing and completing warranty and repair requests
- Unloading and organizing incoming product shipments
- Counting, outflowing, and recording inventory accurately
- Maintaining back stock and pick-shelf stock levels
