Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
How do I return?
- Review this FAQ to be sure your item(s) are eligible for return.
- Visit our returns center.
- Enter your order number and email address to start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
What items are returnable?
- Within 60 days from the date of purchase.
- In unused and resellable condition (unwashed, unscented, no visible pet hair or other residue, and in the same condition you received it).
- In the original packaging with all tags intact.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
The item I received is damaged
If your product is damaged from shipment, contact us within 7 days of the delivered date so we can help resolve the issue. It may be your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier, but we’ll work with you to get it resolved.
I received the wrong item
If the product you received is different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of the delivered date so we can resolve it.
Tell me about exchanges
Exchanges are processed first as a return (using the steps above) and then a new order. We’ll cover economy shipping on the replacement order with a code you’ll enter at checkout. You’ll receive the free shipping code upon approval of your return.
Your original order will be refunded except for the original shipping charge.
What are the refund options and how does it work?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit in the form of a gift card
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days unless you selected a gift card during the return process.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@repyourwater.com.
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
Your refund will include the original cost of the items less the original shipping charge and the cost of return shipping.
