General Shipping Information

Please note that all shipping times continue to be somewhat unreliable due conditions out of our control.  We recommend that everyone uses our Shipping Protection (automatically applied to your order unless you opt out) in order to add additional security to your order.

Art Prints

Please note that our Fine Art Prints are printed to order and will always ship separately from any other items in your order.  You will receive a separate email with shipping information from those products.  They are taking on average 10 days for printing and packaging so order with plenty of time!

 Domestic US Shipping Details:

We pride ourselves in VERY efficient processing of orders and because of that, relatively quick ship times in the online shopping world.  Even with that, some things are out of our control.  Please keep reading to know: what we can and cannot guarantee when it comes to shipping, our available services and details on each one, how to get ahold of us if you need a different shipping option.  All initial shipping charges are not refundable with returns.  All US orders can receive free shipping with orders over $75.  

Please note: If you request USPS shipping to an address that is not deliverable by USPS or if there are any other issues with delivery including but not limited to animal interference or  failure to pickup at Post Office which result in the item is returned to sender there will be an additional shipping charge if you would like the item reshipped.  Otherwise we can refund the order less the original shipping charge.  Please verify all shipping information before confirming your order.

    What we WILL guarantee:

    • Fast processing!  We process all orders within 1 business day after we receive them.  After you place your order, your items will leave our facility in Erie, Colorado within 1 business day as long as your shipping address is correct!
    • Great customer service!  If you get the wrong item in your shipment we will very quickly get you taken care of and the right item in your hands.  Email at customerservice@repyourwater.com or call 303-717-0267 so we can sort out the problem!

    What we cannot guarantee and thus recommend you use our shipping protection for all delays, mis-deliveries, damage, missing and stolen packages:

      • Shipping delays and lost packages.  We use USPS and UPS for our delivery services.  Unfortunately once your item leaves our facility, it is up to the carrier to get it to you.    Yes, that can lead to frustrating ship times when they are busier, but we can only provide estimated ship times based on the information provided to us by them.   By placing an order and choosing your delivery service you recognize that we, RepYourWater, are not responsible for shipping delays.  Please see information on our Shipping Protection for how to mitigate this risk.
      • Damage and box condition.  When your item left us we took every precaution to package it with care.  If the item was damaged by the carrier it is your responsibility to file a claim with them as the recipient.  We are not able to file a claim on your behalf.  USPS Claim Link.  UPS Claim Link.  Please see information on our Shipping Protection for how to mitigate this risk.
      • Theft and package security. Once your package leaves our facility it is in the hands of the carrier.  We take the carrier's word for it when the tracking shows as delivered. If it is stolen off of your property or it is mis-delivered it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier unless you purchased our shipping protection. Please see information on our Shipping Protection for how to mitigate this risk.
    Discrete shipping:  Our return address shows our name and our packaging shows our logo so if buying a surprise gift for someone who lives with you, consider shipping to work or a friend's house.

        • Processes within 1 business days when no address issues are found
        • Allow 5-8 business days (Mon-Sat excluding holidays) for delivery
        • No insurance included
        • USPS deliverable address required.  If reshipment is required due to ineligible address provided, additional fees may apply or order (minus original shipping cost) will be refunded and not reshipped
        USPS Priority
        • Processes within 1 business days when no address issues are found
        • Allow 1-4 business days (Mon-Sat excluding holidays) for delivery
        • Includes insurance up to $100.00
        • USPS deliverable address required.  If reshipment is required due to ineligible address provided, additional fees may apply or order (minus original shipping cost) will be refunded and not reshipped
          UPS Ground **Due to the pending UPS strike, this may switch to FedEx without notice 
          • Processes within 1 business days when no address issues are found
          • Allow 2-5 business days for delivery
          • If reshipment is required due to ineligible address provided, additional fees may apply or order (minus original shipping cost) will be refunded and not reshipped
            UPS 2nd Day Air 
            **Due to the pending UPS strike, this may switch to FedEx without notice 
            • Processes within 1 business day when no address issues are found
            • Allow 2-3 business days for delivery
            • If reshipment is required due to ineligible address provided, additional fees may apply or order (minus original shipping cost) will be refunded and not reshipped

                 International Shipping Details:

                International shipping is expensive, we know.  If you are shopping from Canada or Chile we recommend you check for our retailers in your country before shopping online from us to save on delivery.  You can contact us for an updated list of international dealers. 
                Also, there are services such as Shippsy for customers in Canada to ship to a US address and only pay the fees as Shippsy outlines.  We are not affiliated with Shippsy in any way and by using their services you are agreeing to their terms.

                USPS - by email request only

                • Removed from checkout options due to not being a reliable service.  Please reach out to us for this service to be quoted.  By choosing this service you assume the risk of non-delivery and delays due to the nature of this service.
