What are my shipping options and your shipping policy?

Our shipping tends to be faster than our estimates at checkout, but to be safe, please follow those guidelines.  We strive to ship orders out the next business day after receiving them.  We have a full page dedicated to shipping information HERE.  Email us at customerservice@repyourwater.com if you have any specific questions we can help you with.

 

What size do your hats come in?  

Each hat comes in the specified hat under the "Stats" description.  We have a full fit guide HERE and you can click each fit icon to shop by fit as well.  All hats have adjustable back closures and only in the specified fit.  We cannot offer customizations of any kind.

 

How do your shirts fit? 

All of our shirts are an athletic cut - meaning long and slim.  You can find a fit guide to our cotton/poly blend short sleeved tees HERE; our 100% cotton long-sleeved tees HERE; and our tri-blend, no cotton content performance tees HERE.

 

How do I exchange something? 

Whether you bought something yourself or it was a gift please follow the steps to fill out THIS FORM and send the item back to us.  We recommend that you use USPS for mailing as it is the most economical option.  We will cover USPS shipping back to you with your exchange.  

 

How do I return something?

If you received something that was damaged or defective prior to you receiving it please email us at customerservice@repyourwater.com before returning it so we can assist you. 

If you simply changed your mind and want to return an item within 60 days of your order please follow the steps on and fill out THIS FORM and send the item back to us.  If you would like a prepaid shipping label sent to you we can email one to you and deduct that cost from your final refund. 

Refunds are issued usually within 1 business day of us receiving the return.  If it is not in resellable condition you will be charged a fee up to our discretion.  No returns are accepted for items sold on clearance.  

 

When will something be restocked?

It depends on the product.  We have production runs coming in every month for various items.  The best way to know when something is back in stock is to sign up for restock alerts on the product page that you are looking at!  You will be the first to know.  If you want more info on when something will be back in stock shoot us an email at customerservice@repyourwater.com!

 

How do I wash my hat?

Our tags state and we recommend spot-cleaning only.  If you use any machine, washing or dishwater, to clean your hat expect that it will be damaged and we will not replace it if it loses its shape from the washing process.  Hats do have a life-span, as does all apparel, and after you have gotten a lot of great use out of your hat and you don't like the look of sweat stains it may be time to let that one go and find the next one you need.

 

Can I shop at your location?

Our physical location is a warehouse and our offices.  We recommend you check our retailers list first to see if there is one in your area.  If you prefer to stop by our warehouse we welcome you by appointment only (call 303-717-0267 or email customerservice@repyourwater.com) Monday-Friday between 10:00-3:00.
