Shipping Protection

RepYourWater Shipping Protection offers shipping protection which extends beyond carrier-provided insurance for online purchases that are lost by the carrier, damaged in transit, or stolen immediately after the carrier’s proof of delivery to the shipping address provided upon ordering.

How it works:

Shipping protection is automatically added to every purchase.  A customer can opt out of this service which will mean their shipment is not protected from problems that can occur during shipping.

Every shipment that includes the shipping protection from RepYourWater is protected from carrier-caused damage, package loss by the carrier and package theft.  

If one of the covered problems occurs with your shipment, please reach out to us directly at customerservice@repyourwater.com or 303-717-0267 and we will help you resolve the issue through replacement, partial or full refund.  Please have your order number ready.

The shipping protection cost is based on order value which is calculated on your cart at checkout.

 

Limitations: 

General Conditions

- RYW shipping protection covers all goods purchased through our online website, but does not cover goods purchased from one of our certified dealers or any third party retailer.

- RYW shipping protection is an opt-out feature, it will be included with all purchases unless it is removed by the customer from their shopping cart. If a customer opts-out of the protection, the order is not covered and if it is lost, damaged or stolen, the shipping carrier selected is responsible for the order after it has left our warehouse. 

 

Limits of Liability

- All claims must be made within 30 days of shipment with the exception of lost package claims to addresses outside of the United States.

- Lost package claims must wait at least the following times:

   - US Economy/Sticker Shipping: A minimum of 21 days from date of shipment

   - US Priority: A minimum of 14 days from date of shipment

   - All international: A minimum of 6 weeks from date of shipment

- Damage claims may require accompanying photographs of the damage.  If the product is still functional a partial refund may be applied instead of a full refund or full replacement.  This also helps us improve our shipping practices or find fault in a product that we were unaware of.

- Theft claims must be filed within 3 mail days of the theft. 

- No claim can be made due to a customer entering an incorrect our outdated address.

- Up to $850 is covered by the standard RepYourWater shipping protection.  Want further protection? Contact us at customerservice@repyourwater.com and we can help you.  

- Any suspicion or confirmation of fraud invalidates this service
